The answer is c

This is because in first year from first quarter to third quarter software production company's quarterly losses increases therefore the graph is strictly downward below the x-axis. In forth quarter there is a positive profit so the graph has increasing slope and reached above the x-axis. In first quarter of second year there is again loss because of which graph fall below x axis then again company gain profit in second and third quarter but profit in second quarter is more than the profit in third quarter, so at first the graph shows increasing slope then fall but remain above x-axis. In third year in all there quarters company is in loss but amount of loss in second quarter is less than in first and third quarter so the graph shows downward slope and reach below x- axis in first quarter. Then in second and third quarter it increases and fall again but remain below x- axis.
