Gabriel Jetf My greatest strength is that I work very hard. That is also my weakness because I could bea workaholic I am decisive, energetic, and straightforward. These are my strengths and generally serve me well. As for weaknesses, these traits may get me into trouble. Option a Jeff is better because companies perceive workaholic as required trait. whereas Gabriel has undesirable traits like impulsive and impatience
