I'm leaning more to the topic of dealing with short staffing and nurse's being over worked and dwell time because the amount of patient we get everyday.

Research topic can be : Long term effects of pollution on mental health of the persons.
Answer I found is yes increasing pollution impacts negatively on mental healthf ofall the persons.
It is found that it leads to increased stress, anxiety and anger.
