Question

A tank of cross-sectional area A2 is filled halfway with water. The tank has a small hole of cross-sectional area Ai in its side near the base. The pressure at the top of the fluid is kept at which is larger than atmospheric pressure. What is the relationship between the flow speed out of the tank (v) and the rate of change of the fluid level in the tank (v2)? (The variables in your answer must match the variables in the question) sin 2 2

Answer #1

The answer is right. But the variable entered is mistaken. In the answer box, answer should be written as:

A2 v2 / A1

Please note that the term v2 is in small letters which match the variable given in the question. It should not be entered as capital letter
