         * Provide a bed with side rails for to reduce the risk for fall from bed.

         * Give orientation about location and use of patient alarm if any help

           or assistance required.

         * Provide assistance in daily activities of the patient.

         * Make sure that good lighting is present in patient room to decrease

           the risk for fall.

         * Teach about range of motion exercises to improve muscle strength and

            balance when doing daily activities.

         * Provide walking aids like walker,cane etc to reduce the risk for fall.
