US fairly is not land of equal opportunity which sees wage discrimination between Anericans and other workers from different nations like China, India, etc. The H1B visa issue itself demonstrates equal opportunities across all skilled labor is not possible.
Due to excessive supply and limited demandof quality high skill individuals there is limited job opportunities both for Americans and Others. Preferences also are subdivided within Americans where Whites are given with better wages than Blacks as per empirical study from US Labor Statistics.
Hence it proves it isn't land of equality opportunity.
