2. The age at which retired persons can receive full Social Security benefits is raised to age 70 for future retirees.
3. Social Security benefits for future retirees are limited to those with low incomes.
4. Because the cost of health care is increasing faster than the overall inflation rate, annual increases in Social Security benefits are increased by the annual increase in health care costs rather than the overall inflation rate.
5. The Affordable Care Act (ACA), which went into effect in 2014, created incentives for hospitals to find ways to save the government money.

US government has passed a lot of programmes, which are morr beneficial to the government. Some of them are medicare programmes, social security measures etc..

Cost of health is oncreasing day by day, becouse most of the people are facing variety of disieces in our present condition. Its mainly due to our life style. So government may face large financial crisis in future, and this may lead to economic crisis also.
