Computers, Inc. tells its staff, “If all else fails, refuse to show the Star computers, and if a consumer insists on buying one, do not promise delivery.” Has Computers, Inc. violated a law? Computers Inc is ideally responsible and paid to advertise and sell Star computers. On one hand it is taking money from Star computers while on the other hand it is not letting customers buy Star computers. This is a breach of contract and fraud.

Computers Inc is responsible for this fraud and thus should be called for trial.
