Required ROI on the total Investment = Total Investment X Required Rate on Investment
               = $9490000 X 20%
               = $1898000

Rotors Expected to Produce in Coming Year = 73000

Therefore,

ROI Per Unit = Required ROI / Total Rotors = $1898000/73000 = $26
