A S29 plan for education is the plan to be implemented for the welfare of the students I. E admistative plan

Whereas the statement of financial position shows the financial position of an organisation I. E  it's assets and liabilities which can be measured in money value.

Therefore S 29 plan can't come in the statement of financial position
