Above outputs are the P value. When you are doing a test (F- Test) then you have the clearly defined Null hypothesis and Alternative hypothesis. Based on the P value which you are getting as output, you could take a decision that would you reject the null hypothesis or accept the null hypothesis.
Generally if we consider the 95% confidence level, in that case if P value is less than 0.05 then we reject the null hypothesis and accept the alternative hypothesis.
