Shift: since shift is categorical variable, frequency distribution and bar chart are used to describe the data.

Since stress is numerical variable Descriptive statistics is suitable to represent the data. Mean is 7.93 with standard deviation is 4.05. Median value is 7 and range is 14. Since mean value is larger than median , the data is right skewed, median and range are suitable to represent the data.
