Answer - rheumatic fever-I) strep infection etiology.r) joints, heart, rash, chorea.

Rheumatic fever is caused by beta hemolytic streptococcus.it causes pancaditis, chorea, migratory arthritis, fever and rash.

Bronchiolitis- restless, tachypnea, retraction and maintain airway, hydration and infection control.

It is the inflammation of lower airway caused by respiratory synctial virus,causing wheezing in children upto 1 years. Mainstay of treatment is to maintain hydration and control infections.

Asthma-restless, tachypnea and retraction. Maintain airway, hydration and control infections. Persistent form will need corticosteroids.

It is an inflammatory disease due to hyperactivity of the bronchi, causing hypoxia and retraction. Mainstay of treatment is beta 2 agonist. If persistent asthma occurs we add steroids to the medication also.

Epiglottitis-upper airway inflammation causing stridor.

It is the inflammation of the upper airway, causing expiratory stridor. On lateral xray neck thumb like Epiglottitis is visible also known as thumb print sign.
