Sigma bonds are single bonds. In a double bond there is one pi bond and one sigma bond.

1) False, there are 13 not 11.

2) False, there are five not three. Each oxygen has 2 lone pairs(2+2 = 4 total) and the Nitrogen has one lone pair(4 + 1 = 5 total)

3) False. Both carbon #1 and the nitrogen are sp2 according to VSEPR.

4) True.

5) False. There are 2, not 4. Carbon #3 to the oxygen is one and Carbon #1 to the nitrogen is another.

6) False. You can always rotate along single bonds without breaking anything. Double/Triple bonds however you cannot because you would break the pi bonds.

7) True.
