Trump had talked of imposing tariffs and bringing the jobs from China. What is indicative in the speech of Trump is the growth of China and its economy emerging as a major global player. Taking the case of the village Shenzhen which in the past did not see much of growth, China has come a long way altogether. In the Shenzhen village, where more than 230,000 workers work to produce gears for Apple and other tech companies, the work culture in China is crucial for the developing workforce. Also, the infrastructure of the economy relating to production and manufacturing has reached a level where bringing it down will be hard to attain. We can see that supplies chains in Shenzhen have increased over the past years, and there is increased in the high-tech districts in China. Also, the pool of University trained engineers makes for the growing tech industries. It can be rightly said that the work culture and the socialisation which the Chinese see as a driving force to attaining the kind of economy they have seen is the main factor which causes the economy to advance at a fast pace. The aspiration of the parents and children in either going to for engineering or for doctors have contributed to the phenomenon. Socialisation in china is done primarily on the line of making groups where groups of individuals create and make artificial products. The culture of helping and contribution since childhood also plays an important role. Overall, what is happening in Shenzhen- its booming tech companies, the economic infrastructure it has achieved in terms of branding and providing techs have been contributed by the working culture and the loyalty people of China have to the country.
