so. there are several courses,
each course has first year ,second,third, and final year

There are few points that should be taken under consideration while
allocating rooms
1)what is the seating capacity of room?
2)Neighboring rooms should be used for different years(I,II,III,IV)
of a course.
for example for course CSE(computer science and engg), Neighboring
rooms should be used for I year student,II,III,and final year
student
3)faculty cabins and HOD(Head of the department) cabin of a
particular department should not too far away from the rooms(class
rooms).
So , there are several constraints on room allocation.

the problem the most suitable conversion strategy is
Pilot conversion:-this conversion strategy says that,instead of
using new system all over the organization,only a part of
organization will use the new system, and rest of the organization
will continue with old system.
in this engineering college, only one department will use the
new system, and other remaining departments will use the old
system.
justification
if Pilot conversion will be used, the following benefits are
expected
1. if there are any problems with new system, these problems will
be confined with in a department,other departments will continue
without any problem.
2.it is easy to solve the problems of one department.
3.problems with in a particular department can be solved
quickly.
4.all the experiences of this particular department with the new
system can be shared with other remaining departments that are
using old system.
5.once all the issues have fixed by this particular department with
new system, now the new system can be introduced in other
departments.
