When it comes to final goods and services, what is included in GDP and what is not? Is a final good/service only included in GDP if the producer sells the good/service to a consumer?

The final goods and services included in GDP are the following-

Consumption spending- consumer's spending on all goods and services bought by the consumers for the end use

Investment spending by the businessmen, individuals or investors.

Government spending on transport, infrastructure, national defence, etc. are included.

Net exports which is the difference between exports and imports, are included in GDP.

- yes final goods and services are included. Intermediate goods which are bought and sold between producers of different goods are not included.
