The purpose of this assignment is for the student to reflect on the content from the previous weeks within the course and synthesize an evidence-based aesthetic representation that symbolizes the culmination of the knowledge learned and the perception of professional nursing practice. Each student experiences beauty using one’s senses, this is often referred to as aesthetics (the art of nursing). In learning about professional nursing and reflecting on a variety of experiences and empirical knowledge through scientific inquiry, the student is drawn to a wholistic view of the practice of nursing.

For the purposes of this assignment, Each student will display:

  1. Representation of professional nursing what it means to you.
  2. A one-page creative flyer that explains the project and expresses why and how professional nursing is beautiful based on an aspect or aspects of the knowledge learned and the perception of professional nursing practice.

2. Provision for the public's health

3. Expansion of nursing knowledge and appropriate application of technology

6. Duties under extreme conditions

Acting in accordance with an appropriate code of ethics and accepted standards of practice

i. Supports fairness and non-discrimination in the delivery of care;

ii. Promotes universal access to health care; and

iii. Encourages legislation and policy consistent with the advancement of nursing care and health care

Professional nursing values are acquired :-

a. Acquired during socialization into nursing from code of ethics, nursing experiences, teachers, and peers.

b. Traditions and cultural, ethnic, and religious groups
