Z would go bottom,

because the top ones all have Curves in their letters and bottom ones are simply designed by arranging straight lines. Z can be easily arrange with 3 straight lines.

(b)

S comes after OTTFF.

Because it is One Two Three Four Five and then Six.

(c)(d) Actually there's only one mistake in the sentence.
