1. Diagnosis of this patient is flu and cold . Patient has the features of flu like fever,body pain,chest discomfort and productive cough. Flu might not rule out in chest xray

2. Secondary infection of flu starts after 5 to 7 days. Pneumonia and acute bronchitis are the secondary infections of cold and flu.

3. Flu is usually treated with adequate fluid and rest. Antiviral drugs helps to reduce the duration and severity of the disease.
