The process of milling is besponsible for tuno differently appearing sides. during the process, heat and tension is applied to stretch the fail to the desired thickness, and to do so, tumo layers are milled in contact with each other to prevent foil breakage during the process. The side that is in contact with another layer becomes dull side while the side which is milled without in contact become the Shiny side al doesnt matter whether aluminio um foil is used shiny side or dull side.
