Write a user-defined MATLAB function that implements the IDDD-643 standard of problem 1.13. Name the function n = iddd643(num), where the input argument num is any real number, and the output argument n is a 16-element-long vector with 1s and 0s. Use chopping if necessary. Use iddd643 for determining n for the following numbers:

(a) 81.

(b) 256.1875.
