Rainfall Statistics File
In Programming Challenge 2 of Chapter 8, you created an application that allows the user to enter the amount of rainfall for each month and then displays rainfall statistics. Modify the application so it can save the monthly rainfall amounts entered by the user to a file and read the monthly rainfall amounts from a file.
