situation 1:
Clint's feeling: Frustration due to disability to choose the correct utensils and do their works. this makes them to to get angry and even out of control
PSW action: spend the time with them and find out the cause of frustration. show empathy and identify the reason why the patient is avoiding help and explain the consequences of refusal and remain calm.
situation 2:
clints feeling: Loneliness feelings make them difficult to live with and cause many illnesses. older age usual feeling of loneliness makes them get depression and anxiety as a major disorder.
PSW action: Spend extra time with the patient and provide activities by listening to music and playing simple games and gardening it help them to feel relaxed and express their emotions. To help them to encourage their positive attitude.
Situation 3:
clints feeling; depression makes them get additional chronic illness and cognitive changes. depression shows loss of interest, constant feelings of sadness and stops the normal activity.
PSW Action: focus on the patient cause of depression and change their attitudes and behaviors. stay the focus on patient care and fulfill the needs. It helps them to feel better. PSW communications are empathetically and willing to listen to their feelings help them to change their mood and behavior.
