Your team has been assigned the task of sharing a model to help understand conflict styles. As team leader, describe the Kilmann Thomas's Managerial Grid model to your team. Must be 200 words
The model of the Kilmann Thomas Managerial Grid allows people to understand conflict. The level of concern for the activities is the horizontal axis located at the bottom of the chart. On the side of the grid, the vertical axis is the level of concern for the people who complete the task. At the center of the grid is divided into four parts that resist, fight, negotiate and accommodate. You will first rate yourself on the scale of 1-9 in order to understand your conflict style. Starting with the horizontal axis, you're going to rate yourself as an output concern. 1 would be Low concern for production and 9 would be high concern. After plotting where you are on the grid, you will do the same on the vertical axis with low concern for people (1) to high concern for people (9). You will be able to gain a better understanding of your dispute style depending on where you fall on the map. Knowing your personal style of confrontation is crucial because this is the main way you interact with your colleagues and leaders.
This will help you to navigate how you deal with different conflicts by understanding your conflict style, and by knowing how to deal with different conflict styles, you will be able to use conflict styles to better understand conflict within the organization.

Both groups are then asked to recall the 5 key words from their origional word list. We will have...
Your engineering team has been assigned the task of measuring the properties of a new jet-engine turbine. You have previously determined that the turbine's moment of rings. Your plan is to run the turbine up to a predetermined rotation speed o, cut the pow and measure the time At taken for the turbine to reduce its rotation speed by 50%. The data you have gathered is in the table below. At (s) (rpm) 1500 19 22 1800 2100 25 2400...
3. You have been assigned the task of completing the chemical reaction engineering part of the design for a reactor capable of producing 3000 kg per week of tert-butanol from the hydrolysis of tert-butyl bromide. The reaction proceeds via an Sn1 mechanism and has k 1.13 x 10-2 min-1 at the intended reaction temperature. For operational reasons, the process will need to accept a feed of 40.1 g/L of tert-butyl bromide and 440 g/L of water dissolved in acetone. A...
