Strategic planning develop the plan or course of action to achieve the long term goal by an organization. Decision making select the best course action from alternatives.

Resource allocation is integral part of strategic planning in an organization. In public health organization it based on the principal of equity. In strategic planning resource allocation is essential to achieve the goal. It is mainly based on budget. If the organization do not have proper strategic planning resource allocation is based on political and personal factor it arising the problem in equity especially in the case of Public health organization.

Strategy planning is essential for the effective management of an organization and decision making and resource allocation is integral part of strategic planning.
