The strategic planning process is basically depending on the future prediction and learning from mistakes are more effective while planning a strategy. Mistakes always give us a true experience and we are using such experience in making the strategic planning process better and productive. Organizational leaders employees their real experience and leader's planning is much accurate than their competitors planning. Organizational leader's employing their own knowledge, experience, and facts to design unique strategies that much beneficial for their organizations but their competitors can not do this. Leader's have their own vision , philosophy , expertise and traits give advantage in planning organization strategies. Organizational leader's are more experience, creative , visionary in their fields. These leader's knowledge, skills, and attitudes give new dimensions to the organization.
