4) Federalism is mixed form of government with a combination of both central and state governments in a political system. In federalism there is a division of power between centre and state governments. The centre will frame rules for the whole country and where are states will frame rules for their respective state. Every state has its own government and their own policies which may vary from state to state Ex: India, USA, Canada and Brazil etc have federal form of governments There are certain limitations to state governments like state governments can frame their own rules and policies but these rules and policies should not be against federal laws. Federal government have exclusive rights on every law as they will be making laws for the welfare of the whole country. Where as state governments should also follow these laws as they are part of the country There are some powers exclusive for the federal government which State government does not have. State government should follow the rules and laws of federal government and with in the limited space they have they can frame their own rules.

5) Mediation Arbitration There will be a third person appointed The dispute is solved by their respective by the parties to solve the dispute parties Third person will have the power to Here parties will have the right to wether or decide the solution for the dispute to agree the settlement. Arbitration is a binding process Mediation is not a binding process There Arbitrator will judge the case by listening to argument In mediation there will be no one judge where the parties itself acts as judges.
