Answer: The life cycle stage from pregnancy through infancy is on of the most important phase as during the pregnancy the mother needs to take care of the herself along with the fetus. The caring process starts from this stage. Pregnancy consists of lots of challenges as proper food should be eaten, managing the diseases or I'll condition, taking precautions etc. This phase requires more nutrients as folic acid, calcium, iron, vitamins etc. In pregnancy everything is important to take care of. Folic acid is important as it nurtures the fetus development, iron is important because it enables the growth of the fetus by providing nutrients to the fetus. Calcium provides strength to the bones and development. After the pregnancy, the infant too requires nutrients that is from mother's milk. So, altogether mother needs to take care of herself.
