Answer #1

Answer: Kohlberg developed a theory of moral development as it contains three stages that are preconventional, conventional and post conventional. The pre conventional stage is where the child learns the moral values and notice the behaviour of parents and then judge it.

This can be applied in the nursing practices as we should learn the moral values, ethics and should be ready to attain the better chances to give quality of care to the patient. Whereas conventional includes the learning from the authority. We should always ready to learn from our seniors which can enhance the nursing practice.

In postconventional, there things can be distinguished between good or bad. In nursing practice also we should know what the rules and laws are good and those which are not. We should know how to handle the situation when there is need of it.
