Legally, Marwan is not technically employed since Marwan doesn't have a proper employment contract. He has doing the work because he loves his job, and because of all the love and attention his character gets from the guests in the park. But, in principle he can be terminated immediately and there is no legal boundations on Studio Five for the same.
