  • Must start treatment atleast 30 days before to the date of delivery
  • Early screening and 28th week screening in case of high risk case

  • Good perineal hygiene
  • Antibiotics course
Genital Herpes
  • Good perineal hygiene
  • Ensuring and taking appropriate measures to avoid sores
  • Antiviral treatment to treat any active sore
  • In case of sores ,ceasareans is a preventive measures from getting congenital disease
  • Mothers should avoid kissing their newborn if has oral sore
