Being the boss, if find any of my employee who is frequently calling in sick and appears agitated now and then at work, I will first-of-all serve notice to the employee for not working properly while advising him/her to have medical check-up and have remedies as suggested by doctor/Physician.
Secondly, giving a personal touch, I try to know his/her domestic life problems and try to solve them so that the employee could able to work properly at work.
