In my opinion, I think it is a serious issue for a company, this can create a bad impact on other employees and the company's performance. I think it is best for the employer to gather facts by talking to that employee for his/her absence.

The employer needs to address the issue. By disregarding it, the employer is approving the conduct. It likewise can effect camaraderie, work execution and productivity.

Other workers may consider it to be influencing how much work they need to retain when somebody is out, or they consider them to be as pulling off not following organization strategy. Ongoing absences may make an organization fall underneath its production or execution objectives. Offer how a nonappearance influences these bits of the business.

It is also very important for an employer to explain the impact of these kinds of absenteeism on other employees.
