According to me, some of the challenges that an individual has to face in a budgeting process are mentioned below:
A) inaccurate information:
As the business expands it becomes more challenging to obtain correct information due to which the budget does not reflect how to spend the money.
B) improper tools:
Various tools are available that helps in creating and analysing of budget. So it becomes difficult for the individual to make the right choice out of the sea of choices.
C) time consuming:
Budget preparation is a time consuming process as a result of which it requires more money to be spent.
D) close monitoring required:
Once the budget is prepared, it becomes important to follow the budget closely throughout the year and to pay close attention to how accurate one's forecasting was. Otherwise it will just be waste of time and money.
