The graph below provides epidemiological data regarding the prevalence of obesity among children adolescents.

Explanation - in the one axis of the graph represents years and in another axis represents the percentage of obesity among children and adolescents.

Here the answer is prevalence because the data is given in percentage. Others are rate(Incidence rate, mortality rate, morbidity rate). You can't calculate the rate in percentage.

If you specify it again then the data given in the graph is a period prevalence.
