They play an important role as they helps in designing and managing patient care. The nurse executives bear the responsibility of financial accountability within healthcare organizations. Nurses executive carry out other duties such as hiring and training staff, undertaking financial responsibility, and resolving issues within an organization and also handle the administrative work in healthcare. Nurse executive needs to delegate as it helps in breaking the monotony of the subordinates so that they can be more creative and efficient and serve quality of care.
