Reducing health disparity by improving cultural competence is a target goal for the US health care system. culturally sensitive care for the patient by respecting their language, making communication, attitudes, beliefs, and behavior provide quality care. U.S national standards for patient health service, it should cover governance, workforce, communication, accountability, and organizational engagement. multicultural society in the US seeks a different level of care and needs.
