I would like to tell him that vitamin D is the nutrient which is commonly presented in all milk.The presents of fat contain in them is the only variation between them.it is considered as a big difference.Half of the whole milk calorie is come from fat.And,one third of the calories in two percent milk come from fat.Actually one percen milk and skim milk are low fat milk.Brcause,low fat milk consists of only one percent fat milk while,0.5 fat milk is seen in skim milk.whloe milk also referred to as regular milk contain more fat than others.Teach about the importance of avoiding milk which contains more fat inorder to maintain the cholesterol level normal.moreover,it will assist them to keep their body healthy.
