Yes. My nursing team leader embodies the spirit of a servant leadership.

Qualities which sets them apart from other

1: She shares the power between co worker.

2 : She listen to the need of co-worker and put them as her first priority which ultimately help her to gain maximum performance from her co workers. Which is very unlikely with other leaders. Other leaders are mostly self centered and gives organization need as their first priority and not paying much attention to the employees need

3 With the mindset of service she develops a great team who are trustworthy and achieve greater result.which is highly uncommon with other team leaders who exploit their employees to get good results and waste so much time to build a good and trustworthy team and ultimately fails to do so.
