Some of the penalties which the facility can face for non compliance are

  • Financial penalties from $50000 to $2,500,000 for each violation are non compliance
  • Termination or temporary withdrawal of the benefits received from the state and federal government until compliance maintained
  • Termination, suspension with or with out fine for the staffs involved in compliance
  • If it has endangered the life and several aspects of the violation withdrawal of the licensure is possible
  • Reasonable cause and willful neglect (corrected and uncorrected ), did not know are done of the category and fined based on it.
