Answer #1

Research is a systematic investigation done to establish facts and to reach new evolutions and innovations .

Reliability means consistency. The degree to which measurements produce consistent outcomes .

Validity means accurate . The degree to which the scale measures what it is expected to measure .

Reliability is directly related to the validity of measure . A test cannot be valid unless it is reliable . An assessment can provide you consistent measure, making it reliable but unless it is measuring what you are supposed to measure ,it is not valid .

So, in research it is more important to be valid than reliable.
