It helps to keep the body in healthy weight and decreases the risk of gaining excess weight and risk of some diseases like diabetes, hypertension, atherosclerosis, etc. It helps to burn extra fat and calories in the body and keep muscle strength. It also help to fit physically as well as mentally. Regular exercise keeps the body active and improve the immune system to fight against some diseases or allergies.
