Answer #1

Answer: Everything what we eat contributes towards the calories level. So, it is important that what we eat along with the side drinks, everything should be considered for the calorie level count.

This is surprisingly that the side drink is not counted in the study. It should be included such as soft drinks also contains calories. So, the side drinks should also be considered while studying the calories level. Because most of the sweet drinks contains high percentage of sugar which also increases the calorie count.
