Writing is a skill which is an important way of communication that helps to give your message in a clear and easy way and that too for a large audience rather than being face to face or doing telephonically. The key points in writing are grammar, punctuation and spellings. When your thought about topic is clear and your key points are in correct place, then your writing is perfect for that matter.

Example:- When you are writing a cover letter over your CV, is today's major thing. Whenever and wherever you go for a job interview these days, the first impression is made through looks and then through your CV with a covering letter. Even this thing has a big competition in it. People work day night to correct their CVs, but a person with good writing skill won't have to bear much as he/she knows how and where to put the correct information. His/her skills will enhance the interviewera interest in him/her thereby giving a positive impact.

Example:- When you are In a job and you are said to write the minutes of a formal meeting. There, if are having the skills you can note it down and then present it later with an efficient manner without any mistakes, because you are strong at your writing with clear listening, reading and finally executing.

Example:- Writing a report of any kind is also given to such people who are supposedly are good at writing. This is so because reports are such papers that portray the companies working authenticity and capabilities. When such papers are portrayed which efficiency writing and genuine researchs, the impact is all the way going to be good.
