1. The national effort for AIDS research is still under clinical trial. Still now there is no proven vaccine for AIDS as a prevention. Antiretrovial therapy is the treatment strategies that is widely followed even till date.

2. Quality of life in immunoproliferative patients is important because their physical , social and mental well being is affected in the disease and treatment. The clinical implications to improve the quality of life in immunoproliferative patients is to the appropriate selection of therapeutic plans, valid and reliable that mesures the quality of life which facilitate the plan for appropriate care. TREATMENT PLAN: medical care: chemotherapy like cyclophosphamide,prednisone,doxorubicin given to stop the growth and division of cancer cells. Local control: surgical resection.

3. The aim of treating RA is to reduce pain, control the inflammation and prevent or reduce disability.

TREATMENT INCLUDE:

MEDICAL CARE:

NSAIDS: It is used to reduce inflammation and pain. Drugs like ibuprofen, naproxen used.

DMARSDS: Disease modifying anti rheumatic drugs. This drug slows down the progression of RA disease.

STEROIDS: To reduce stiffness of joint and reduce pain.

SURGERY: In chronic case of intolerant pain joint replacement surgery can be done.

PHYSICAL THERAPY: Give exercise to maintain the muscle strength, power and to increase ROM normally, restore flexibility, maintain joint integrity.

The treatment will not much vary from juvenile rheumatoid arthritis vs adult rheumatoid arthritis. In juvenile RA steroids are avoided . Remaining treatment program is just followed as RA in juvenile RA.
