Long Term Care

This involves variety of services required for a longer period for both medical and non medical needs with chronic illness or for those who cannot care of themselves for longer period.

Leadership can be taken as a process or position. We keep those person as a leader whom we admire and bring together to achieve a shared objective. All organisations has leaders but not all are effective. Effective leaders are called as transformational leaders. They helps in developing co workers skills, self confidence, self managed team and building a strong culture to support upliftment.These kind of leadership skills is required in all the levels.A Strong LTC leader has many things in mind like a clear vision of LTC,understanding that person directed care is the ultimate goal,understands a quality workplace is necessary for the patients,create a positive work setting.

Hence it is the leader who decides on the long term care needed, how efficient he and his leaders delivers it.
