Both a good nutrition and physical activity can incorporates a healthy lifestyle and several researches can concluded focusing on one over the other will give you better, faster results. If you want to decrease weight you should focus on diet because a restrict calories diets can cause loss of weight and exercise to keep it off. But in many other conditions exercise was consider better than nutrition because an exercises can keep body functions to work optimally and also an exercises can also influence the nutrition requirements.
Importance of Exercises:
1. Increases body flexibility and muscle strength
2. Improves metabolic activities
3. Improves blood flow
4. Improves cardio respiratory endurance
5. Improves nutrient absorption
6. Improves glucose absorption and metabolism
Exercise influences on nutrition:
1. Exercises help in easy absorption and metabolism of nutrients
2. Exercises improves digestion
3. Exercises help in increasing the appetite of patient so that he can have more nutrition.
4. Exercises help in burning fat and other lipids faster.
