No,it is not possible for a body moving on a circular track to have zero acceleration.

If a body is moving on a straight line with a constant speed.Then the acceleration of the body is zero.Because the speed of the body doesn't change.

Now,when the body is moving on a circular track the speed of the body is constant,but the direction of the body is continuously changing.Since the acceleration of the body is not zero.So,it is not possible for a body moving on a circular track to have zero acceleration.
