First you need to identify a common CH/CH​​​​​2/CH3 group in compounds present in the mixture. It will be better if it has less complicated pattern like a single or a doublet.

Then do the integration of that particular peak which u have identified for the compounds. Then find their ratios.. This ratio will give you the composition.

For example In a mixture of 2 compounds you have identified a singlet CH​​​​​3 which is common for all the compounds. After integrating if u find one is area is 3 and another area is also 3 that means they are in 1:1 ratio that is 50 % of both the compound is present in the mixture.
